Practice the skills AI can't replace

Join us online for a 90-minute lab — part conversation, part practice — where we dig into the human side of work and life, connect in small groups, and practice showing up more fully for each other. For the full experience — interactive visuals, shares in chat, and friendly faces — a computer works best.

The shift from to-me to by-me sounds simple: stop being the victim and start being the conscious creator of your experience. But by-me has its own traps. Try too hard to control the outcome and you're not creating — you're forcing. Make it all about yourself and you've just traded the drama triangle for a different kind of story where you're still the centre of everything.

Real ownership is more precise than that. It's 100% responsibility — no more, no less. You can't stop the rain. But you can choose what you wear. And you can stop being angry at the weather.

In this lab we practice finding that line. You'll bring a real situation — the same one from last lab if you were there, or a fresh one if you're joining us for the first time — and work through it with a small group using a simple method that separates what you can influence from what you can't, and turns that clarity into a concrete next move.
